House of the Year – How to Succeed

We were lucky to secure TP for our renovations this year. Thought we had struck gold, they were professional, polite and always respectful of our home and family. Any challenge was overcome with solutions that were suggested by them, very helpful when my husband and I are not familiar with the building industry or trade. I would not hesitate to recommend or use TP again for any future projects. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our project was an extensive renovation with considerable demolition. The complex construction techniques and design, along with ‘mind numbing’ new building codes and compliance issues, needed someone with Tony’s extraordinary patience, calm demeanor and sense of humor. It also needed Tony’s ‘drive’ to make sure things kept on track. The building crew also had similar qualities with a real pride in their work and a sense of getting the job done well.

The reasons I would only use Tony and his team again is 1) their process is totally transparent 2) their attention to detail is first class and they always looked to do or recommend what was the best outcome for the house and supported that with great reasons 3)their administrative back up was exceptional 4)I received access to communication 7 days a week. In summary I would not hesitate in using TP Builders for any job...they are that good!

From the outset and throughout the construction process Tony was very passionate about delivering us a high quality home that included various features desired by and important to us and he was very collaborative and innovative with us as we moved through a process that was familiar to him but new to us. This enabled us to enhance our original spec beyond what we had at first envisaged.

We are delighted with our completed project. TP Builders has produced a masterpiece that has been admired by many and endorsed by his peers. I would not hesitate to use Tony and his crew again, and would recommend TP Builders to anyone who was wanting a premium builder.
